PMEA District III Jazz Festival - Armstrong HS, February 12-13, 2026
The Conference started Friday morning with a brief review of seating and schedule of the day. The three bands were auditioned by instruments and scored based on a state approved rubric. Students auditioned via video on selected excerpts and were reviewed by educators from across Pennsylvania. The band was “seated” following the introduction of the host and some details of the day. Indiana specifically had the following:
