Congratulations to the IHS Marching Band for their recent performance at Universal Studios in Orlando, FL. The band marched through a packed Universal Studios playing the well-known fight song "Cherokee". The band also completed a Disney workshop that put them in the middle of a recording session for Disney films. The students learned about the recording process, careers, and technology used to create our favorite Disney soundtracks. They even created their own version of a Disney soundtrack at the workshop!
Students finished the trip with time to spend with friends and family in Universal Studios, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios. The band would like to thank all who made this possible, especially the band boosters and parents who worked behind the scenes to make their experience a great one!
