The Indiana Area Marching Band hosted their annual Bandfest on Saturday, October 15th. Andy Kuzneski Field was the stage for eleven marching bands from the region. Bandfest began with opening remarks from PA State Representative James Struzzi. The "Star Spangled Banner" was sung by Indiana student Audrey Yang. The festival included performances from the following marching bands:

Northern Cambria Marching Band
Punxsutawney Marching Band
Marion Center Marching Band
United Valley Marching Band
Penns Manor Marching Band
Central Marching Band
Purchase Line Marching Band
Homer Center Marching Band
Indiana Area Marching Band
The Indiana University of Pennsylvania Marching Band
The event included performances, T-shirts, food, raffles, and the annual "Drill Down" competition. This year's winner came from the Purchase Line Marching Band who beat out hundreds of students competing in this year's event. The evening ended with a special performance of "Amazing Grace" from the IUP Marching Band. Congratulations to the staff, students, and supporters of all the bands in attendance!
